For businesses and brands
Advertise your business on restaurant tables
Your message. A restaurant table. A direct link to your business. Explore venue-approved table-top advertising in India, starting with a short enquiry.
We are at the enquiry stage. No placements are bookable online yet. The service takes no online payment, holds no platform escrow and initiates no automatic settlement.
Why physical, at a real table
The display sits at the table in the venue, on the side facing customers.
A QR code connects the display to an approved destination you control.
The venue approves your placement, so the context is real and local.
What the display looks like
Side A - your approved advertisement
The creative you provide, reviewed with the venue, placed on the side facing customers.
Side B - “Place your ad here”
A platform-reserved side that points other businesses at this venue's baseline advertising offer.
How onboarding works
Enquiry first, then a short call. Nothing is binding until you accept written terms.
1. Send an enquiry
Use the form below with your business, desired city, timing and format preference. It takes a couple of minutes and needs no account.
2. A short call with our team
We talk through suitable participating venues, the formats available there and what a proposal would cover. This is a conversation, not a sales script.
3. Review a proposal with exact terms
You receive the venue-approved baseline: quantity, duration, artwork requirements, installation and any costs. You can accept, counter or decline. Nothing is agreed until you do.
A reference point, not a price
INR 800 per table is a restaurant onboarding reference, not a complete contract, advertiser monthly rate, minimum bid, print quote or worker rate. It is used for scoping conversations only; final terms are always confirmed with our team and the venue in writing.
Who can advertise (first-market sector matrix)
Only the ordinary-business sectors below are eligible to apply for ordinary campaign review. Every listed regulated or restricted sector, and any unlisted or mixed category, is excluded until a separately recorded sector-specific policy and permission review exists. Sector eligibility never approves a campaign: central operations independently reviews advertiser authority, creative, destination and permissions before publication, and a conflicted submitter cannot approve their own campaign.
Eligible to apply. Eligible to apply for ordinary campaign review, each limited to the stated ordinary activity: restaurants, cafes and non-alcoholic food/beverage businesses; fashion, apparel, footwear and accessories; homeware, furniture, stationery, books and crafts; ordinary consumer electronics and non-regulated household goods; cleaning, laundry, tailoring and household repair; photography, graphic design and ordinary printing; salons and barbering limited to non-medical grooming; hobby, art and music classes without accredited-qualification or employment promises; non-regulated business productivity software and ordinary IT/design services.
Excluded. Excluded pending a separate sector-specific policy and permission review: alcohol and surrogate alcohol promotion; tobacco, nicotine, vaping and associated surrogate brands; controlled substances; gambling, betting, lotteries, real-money games and prize/investment-return schemes; banking, lending, credit, insurance, securities, investments, crypto/virtual assets and financial advice; healthcare, diagnosis, medicines, medical devices, supplements and weight-loss products or services; real-estate investment offers; political and election advertising; weapons, ammunition and explosives; adult/sexual services and dating; child-directed advertising or products requiring child-data collection; formal education, qualification, exam-success, recruitment/job-placement and immigration services; charities, donations and religious solicitation; astrology/divination and purported spiritual remedies; hazardous products, invasive cosmetic procedures and other age-gated or licence-dependent activities outside the allowed ordinary scope.
Held for categorization. Held for categorization, not presumed eligible: any unlisted sector, unclear advertiser identity, mixed business involving an excluded activity, or destination whose actual content cannot be reviewed. Central operations must classify it and record a matrix revision before approval; such applications may be saved as enquiries but cannot be approved or published.
Prohibited. Prohibited regardless of any sector exception: illegal goods or services or unlawful advertising; deception, impersonation, fraud, hate or discrimination, threats, exploitative or explicit sexual content, sexualization of minors, malware or phishing, stolen assets, unauthorized personal-data disclosure and fabricated endorsement, testimonial or affiliation. An exception cannot authorize illegality.
Creative review (every item required)
- 01 Advertiser identity and authority, asset and mark permissions, and substantiation for objective claims are verified; named venues, partners, testimonials and BNI references need specific permission, and no BNI endorsement is claimed from membership.
- 02 Only an approved offer may be advertised, showing currency, tax treatment, eligibility, expiry, availability limits, material exclusions and the next action where applicable; the INR 800 reference is never an advertiser rate.
- 03 Fabricated scarcity, income, sales, audience or health outcomes, misleading comparisons or certifications, and undisclosed material conditions are refused; a small disclaimer does not cure a false headline.
- 04 Creative must be legible, venue-appropriate and non-obstructive, and the reviewed destination's actual content must match the approved claim; URL shorteners, unreviewable redirect chains, malware and forced downloads are refused.
- 05 Side A carries the advertiser's approved creative; the platform-owned Side B keeps the venue's prefilled baseline routing, and the diner and acquisition journeys stay separate.
- 06 The same approved version of artwork and destination passes review; any material change returns to review, and missing evidence names the advertiser as next supplier and central operations as next reviewer.
