How it works
Three steps from enquiry to an installed display
This is the intended process at the enquiry stage. Each step names who acts next, so nothing stalls without an owner.
1. Enquiry
You send a short enquiry with your role, city and rough timing. Next actor: the PutYourBrand team reviews it by hand and contacts you by phone or email.
2. Agreement
We share a proposal with the venue-approved baseline: the terms (monthly terms are supported now; per-sale bids and activation remain disabled), duration, artwork, installation and costs. You accept, counter or decline. Next actor: you decide in writing, and the venue confirms the placement on its own terms.
3. Print and install
Accepting terms alone does not make the placement live; the downstream steps are separate conditions. An approved local printer produces the display for an approved proof, an approved installer places it, the venue acknowledges the installation, an independent review checks it, the settlement is recorded, and only then can the placement be activated. Settlement happens manually with evidence, never automatically. Next actor: the venue, then independent review.
The two QR journeys
Diners who scan the display go to the approved destination of the current advertiser. Businesses who scan the “Place your ad here” side go to the venue's baseline offer. The two journeys are kept separate by design.
Settlement stays manual
PutYourBrand takes no online payment, holds no platform escrow and initiates no automatic settlement or transfer; approved counterparty payment obligations are handled externally and supported by manual settlement evidence.
Changes and pauses
A recorded operational pause is not necessarily an enforced stop. Currently only new baseline-offer creation and campaign QR routing are enforced by the pause switches; outreach, print-order release and installer-job release are registry-only and do not stop those operations yet. Accepted terms and earned records are preserved by every pause.
