What the terms cover

• The rate and its basis: monthly terms are supported now; per-sale bids and activation remain disabled. Unapproved charges, rates and transaction obligations are displayed as “To be confirmed in your agreement.”
• Duration, the number of tables and displays, artwork requirements, installation and any costs: each value is “To be confirmed in your agreement.” until it is recorded for the placement; your recorded approved agreement version identifies the applicable parties, charges, inclusions, dates and change rules, and later page edits do not amend it.
• Taxes: DATCRAZY LLP is GST-registered; GST applies at the rate applicable to the approved service, with inclusive or exclusive treatment recorded in your approved agreement. Payer, inclusions and cancellation effects are “To be confirmed in your agreement.” until recorded.

Printing and installation inclusions are listed only when they are approved for a specific placement; they are never implied.

PutYourBrand takes no online payment, holds no platform escrow and initiates no automatic settlement or transfer; approved counterparty payment obligations are handled externally and supported by manual settlement evidence.

Renewal requires explicit acceptance of approved terms; a monthly offer or an agreement without an end date does not create automatic renewal.
